A variety of software packages are used on both Windows and Linux operating systems. These include Paraview, AutoCAD, GEMCOM, MapInfo, ER Mapper and GRASS for GIS support. S.J.V. Consultants has contributed bug fixes and new utilities to the GRASS project. Staff has expertise in handling GPS systems and data to their greatest advantage. Visualization and presentation of geosciences data is given high priority and improved systems are continually being introduced. Staff works closely with clients to ensure that their presentation requirements are met.
